Study of iron-core DC electromagnets used in MHD machines

Abstract
The results of a study of C-shaped and free-legged electromagnets are presented. A method of determining the leakage coefficients by modeling on conductive paper or an electrical integrator is described. Tables 5, Figs. 5, Refs 3.
