Analysis of an ac conduction pump with inductive compensation of wattless power

Abstract
Two and thre-phase ac conduction pumps with inductive compensation of wattless power have been considered. A principal possibility of obtaining cosϕ ≈ 1 in such pumps has been demonstrated. Analysis of a two-phase pump with and account of the non-linearity of excitation system has been performed. We have also analyzed the influence of main parameters of a three-phase pump on its cos qJ and efficiency. Figs 4, refs 7.
