Second random-variation moments of the geomagnetic field

Abstract
The subject of investigation was the propagation of the fluctuant geomagnetic field correlation tensor through a spherical dielectric layer. Formulae of the asymptotic expansion of the correlation tensor for a thick layer have been derived. Some relations for the tensor components were established.
