Abstract
A model of an incompressible anisotropic magnetizable elastic medium exposed to a magnetic field is developed. An analytical expression for the magnetic force acting on a small spherical anisotropic body in an non-uniform magnetic field is derived. Using this expression, a method allowing to determine parameters characterizing the magnetic properties of an anisotropic magnetizable elastomer has been developed. Figs 3, Refs 8.
