Effect of crossed electric and magnetic fields on motion of a two-phase flow

Abstract
The results of an experimental investigation of the profile of averaged velocity and concentration of a two-phase flow in the channel of an MHD separator for different values of electromagnetic force, particle size, density, and concentration, and average flow velocity are given. The results can be used for the calculation and design of MHD separators.
