Phasor diagrams for multimode MHD machines

Abstract
Phasor diagrams and nomograms are constructed for compound MHD machines operating as generators, motors, and converters. These diagrams may be useful for determining the local characteristics in the graphoanalytical design of multimode MHD machines. The graphical representation of characteristics is particularly convenient for MHD apparatus designers and researchers.
