Decay of the magnetic induction along the edge zones in ironless elliptical magnet systems for MHD machines

Abstract
Formulas are proposed for calculating the magnetic induction in the edge zones of circular (crescent) magnet systems. These formulas are compared with those usually found in the technical literature.
