Natural convection with power-law distribution of plate temperature and strong magnetic field

Abstract
The method for inner and outer expansions is used to solve the problem of natural convection of a viscous, heat-conducting and electrically conducting fluid at low magnetic Reynolds numbers. The first three approximations in the outer and inner regions are constructed. Exact analytical solutions are obtained in the inner region; in the outer region the problem is solved numerically.
