On noninductive approximation in the theory of electrically induced vortical flows

Abstract
The peculiarities of the formulation of problems of the theory of electrically induced vortical flows in noninductive approximation have been presented. In particular, at large values of the parameter of the above flows not only the current induced by fluid motion but also the magnetic field caused by this current is to be taken into account. The formulation of the noninductive approximation has been illustrated by an example belonging to the class of Karman precise solutions. Fig. 1, refs 5.
