Abstract
The principles of calculation of the end effect in a multilayer medium located in the travelling magnetic field of a finite length flat one-sided inductor have been considered. The magnetic yoke of the inductor is assumed to be of an infinite length. We studied the dependence of the end effect on device parameters for the case of field affecting the conducted layer located at a certain distance from the inductor. Tab. 1, figs 4, refs 5.
