Magnetostatic properties of moderately concentrated ferrocolloids

Abstract
The magnetostatic properties of polydisperse ferrocolloids under the conditions of weak interparticle magneto-dipole interaction have been described by using the zero order thermodynamical perturbation theory. Simple expressions for magnetization and initial susceptibility have been derived. They are in good agreement with experimental data for ferrofluids with weak and moderate concentration of the magnetic phase,
