Investigation of magnetic-fluid films in tilt sensors

Abstract
Techniques are proposed and tested with the relevant experiments investigating how the magnetic field fluid stability is affected by such factors as a magnetic field at various orientations, the introduction of anti-foaming agents, a dilution of the carrier liquid, removal of the surfactant films and a change of the vial diameter. Methods are proposed for the bubble life time reduction. Experimental and theoretical investigations were conducted which explored the methods for shaking the magnetic fluid in the vial to avoid the bubble formation.
