Electrically induced Stokes flow in a spheroidal container

Abstract
Analytical solutions of some electrically induced vortical flow theory problems are obtained in Stokes formulation in a curvilinear rotational coordinate system. In particular, it is shown for the case of an electrically induced vortical flow in a hemispherical container that due to the differential operator properties, additional dependences appear between the functions to be determined which restrict the possibility of formulating some problems pertinent to these flows.
