Obtaining nanoparticles from iron and graphite in argon plasma

Abstract
The paper presents the experimental equipment designed for obtaining iron and graphite nanoparticles in argon plasma, the building mechanisms of particles as well as the experimental results on Fe(CO)5 and 2-ethylhexyl-iron maleat¥ dissociation by plasma jet. The obtained metal particles have dimensions between 30-200 ..., and graphite particles between 30-100 .... Figs 9, Refs 22.
