Abstract
Experimentally investigated dynamics of the form of a drop of a magnetic liquid in rotating magnetic and stationary electric fields. The drop of a magnetic liquid was considered as ellipsoid of revolution. Dependences of the eccentricity of a drop from intensity of a magnetic field and frequency of its rotation at different intensity of an electrical field are observed. Oscillations of the eccentricity of a drop are investigated. The theoretical analysis derived from the power approach. Figs 7, Refs 5.
