Abstract
In suspensions of magnetic nanoparticles, commonly called ferrofluids, magnetic field induced viscous and viscoelastic effects can be observed. Further investigations were made to prove the influence of large magnetic particles and primary agglomerates on these effects. We used a series of special magnetic fluid samples, different only in the amount of these large magnetics units. Figs 5, Refs 12.
