Numerical simulation of the flow in magnetic liquids with free surfaces

Abstract
The hydrodynamic behavior of the magnetic liquids with free surfaces can be describe by the Navier--Stokes equations with slip boundary conditions. An efficient numerical solution strategy is proposed and applied to determine the flow in magnetic liquid seals. Tables 1, Figs 2, Refs 10.
