Abstract
Deformation of free surfaces in a cavity, subjected to a strong uniform magnetic field, is considered for differentially heated sidewalls, and for point heating, and for both gravity and zero gravity conditions. The conditions for dryout are discussed. Figs 4, Refs 10.
