Abstract
This work considers the electric properties of a cell with a magnetic fluid (MF) in an applied polarizing field up to 2\,MV/m, and it is shown that in this case the MF layer becomes a nonlinear element. The nonlinear properties of the layer are determined by appearance of self-organizing processes. The resonance phenomena are investigated when the cell is series-connected to an oscillatory contour.
