Flat linear induction pump for sodium with lateral buses at increased current frequencies

The paper considers a possibility to increase the pressure developed by a flat linear induction pump (FLIP) by increasing the frequency of the feeding current and by installing lateral short-circuiting buses for minimizing the pump in size and weight. Figs 10, Refs 7.
