On conditional monitoring and diagnostics of the high power target systems

Abstract
It is of crucial importance to design, modify and operate target systems with the aim to preserve the structural integrity of the target. Basing of accumulated experience and new experimental investigations, we show laboratory and real operational examples and explain methods of detection of a structural rapture at earlier stage through monitoring and analyzing signals obtained from structural and partly from process measurements.
