On the presence of magnetoconvection in extended photo-absorptive microstructures in ferrofluid layers

Abstract
In this investigation, the formation of extended periodic concentration microstructures (gratings and bidirectional grids) through photo-absorption and thermodiffusion is considered theoretically and numerically under the action of the applied uniform magnetic field. Figs 4, Refs 3.
