Hydrodynamics and heat transfer for downward liquid metal flow in a rectangular channel in the presence of a coplanar magnetic field

Abstract
The paper presents a model of momentum and heat transfer in a coplanar magnetic field which would allow to separate the influence of two factors that occur during the flow of a liquid metal in a rectangular channel in a coplanar magnetic field. Experimental data presented was obtained in a combined MPEI-JIHT RAS mercury facility Figs 8, Refs 10.
