Interface of a horizontal layer of magnetic fluid with water in vertical electric and magnetic fields

Abstract
The decrease of the interfacial tension at the water--magnetic fluid boundary in an electric field should lead to a change in the evolution of the instability threshold. The aim of the paper is to investigate this hypothesis. Tables 1, Figs 14, Refs 9.
