Abstract
A possibility to produce magnetic nanoparticles by initiating a pulse electric discharge between coarse iron particles under a layer of dielectric liquid (distilled water and ethanol) is studied. The produced nanoparticles are analyzed using X-ray diffraction, vibration magnetometry, electron microscopy and dynamic light scattering in nanoparticle colloidal dispersion. Figs 8, Refs 8.
