Abstract
Results of theoretical investigation on the influence of the non-linear magnetic vortex interaction in a magnetic colloid rotating in a transverse field with its axial (along the axis of rotation) dynamic susceptibility are presented. The mechanism of the magnetic vortex resonance observed during experiments is described, which suggests the occurrence of a peak dependence of the axial susceptibility on the rotation frequency close to the frequency of the probe field.
