Effect of an ac magnetic field on hydrodynamical processes at Chokhralski single crystal growth

Abstract
Hydrodynamical processes in the melt at Chokhralski single crystal growth in an axisymmetric ac magnetic field have been studied. Theoretical data were obtained by numerical solution of Navier-Stokes equations. A comparison with experimental results has been performed and a satisfactory agreement found. Figs 6. refs 7.
