Fractal nature of the sequence of reverscals of the geomagnetic field

Abstract
The magnetostratigraphic scale is the sequence of times at which the reversals of geomagnetic field have taken place. This set represents a fractal on the time axis. Its Hausdorf dimension is close to 2/3. The Hausdorfs measure of this fractal has also been found. Figs 3, refs 7.
