Problem of magnetohydrodynamic wave propagation on the surface of an incompressible, perfectly conducting liquid

Abstract
Surface MHD waves in a perfect conducting liquid in the presence of an applied constant magnetic field have been considered. Conditions imposed on the orientation of the magnetic field under which formulation of a plane problem is possible have been found. Solution of a specific problem for a 30 case has been obtained.
